Unique swords.
Many elite uniques get the same stats as the excep unique.

Battle (2), Harad Blade, Dunnish Great Sword, Rapier, Umbar Brand?,
Elven Greatsword, Zweihander.

Brand?, Nazgul, Vanyarin Great Sword, Noldorin Sword, Vanyarin
sword.
I have not found any
normal unique swords, just exceptional and elite.
Excep
short sword with oddly defensive stats.

On
a sword that's very fast to begin with, this would pretty well
cover your IAS needs. Pity the damage is woeful for the
extremely high Clvl req. It's actually better than the elite
version, seen below.

(The first elite weapon I found, and thus the beginning of my
disappointment. It almost fails the dmg > Clv req test for truly
useless Unique weapons. The Amp is bugged, makes the sound, makes
the cloud graphic, but nothing gets amped, or it would be a useful
weapon switch.)
Unique varyarin great
sword. Elite. (Same stats as the Elven Greatsword, Excep version.)
The best item I've
found from hell baal since fixing his bugged TC. This is
essentially the Grandfather. Yes, I almost sobbed when I saw the
useless stats. It would be a nice item, with another 300 max dmg...
| A real
elite, new stats, etc, but man it's crappy. Way too slow and
low dmg, even with the crushing blow, which varies, as you can see
here.

Yep,
another worthless unique elite. Not the same as the excep though,
seen above. The excep is better.

guess it's elite, by the reqs and clvl req. Nice stats, pity the
damage is so low it's unusable.
