Boots and gloves found, no spear yet.  You see the 2 item partial bonus.

The set is obviously targeted at the Spearazon, but it's just as obvious that no one at Clvl 60 would even consider settling for these items.  Ordinarily gloves in the ME mod do not get leech, so these gloves might be useful for that, but it's easy to get rare gloves with IAS, and you can get leech so easily on jewelry.  The boots are just hopeless, as well as being damn hard to find.
